Seitan Ribs with Potato Wedges & Beetroot Ketchup

Beetroot Ketchup

• 4 medium red beets, peeled, steamed and quartered

• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

• 1/4 cup date sugar

• 1 tbsp granulated onion

• 1/2 tsp teaspoon salt

• 1/2 tsp paprika

• 1/4 tsp ground coriander

Add ingredients to a high powered blender and process until smooth
