Oh So Yum Granola

Granola

• 1 pkg (6-7 cups) old fashioned rolled oats, divided

• 2 cups pitted deglet nor dates

• 1 cup raisins

• 1/2 cup cacao powder

• 1/2 cup peanut butter flour

• 1/4 cup maca powder

• 1/4 cup chia seed

• 1/4 cup flax meal

• 1 tsp vanilla bean powder

• 1/4 – 1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 1/4 – 1/2 cup water

1. Set aside water, raisins & half of the oats

2. Add remaining ingredients to food processor and process until dates are small pieces

3. Pour into large bowl, add oats and water and mix well using both hands

4. Stir in raisins

5. Spread onto parchment paper lined baking sheet, bake in 325 degree oven for 30 min; remove from oven, stir & bake another 10-20 min or done to your liking
