Fresh Herbed Bruschetta and Seasoned Crostini

Ingredients

  • Approx 1 lb grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 handful each two different varieties fresh basil
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • 1 scallion
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • Balsamic Condimenti
  1. In food processor pulse herbs and garlic until unevenly chopped
  2. Add tomatoes and pulse until desired texture is reached
  3. Drizzle Condimenti immediately prior to serving
