      For the broccoli rabe, dry or water-sauté onion and garlic until soft, then add washed & cut broccoli rabe, 1-2 tbsp date sugar, up to 1/4 cup water and any additional spices to taste (I like crushed red pepper), cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli rabe is done to your liking. Add grilled, sliced sausage, toss to combine and serve 🙂
