Puff Pastry Calzone step-by-step pictorial

I had leftover marinara sauce and sausage crumbles to use, and hubby was not opposed to meal repeat so I did it again, only this time I over-stuffed them.

The filling tastes just like a thick sausage meat sauce one might order in an Italian restaurant. To use it over pasta change the ratio of crumbles to sauce.
