Chunky Marinara + Zoodles

Tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, diced zucchini, herbs and spices + spiralized zucchini = deliciousness!

To homemade or store-bought oil-free marinara add diced veg (I added diced mushroom and zucchini) and leftover sausage crumbles; cook on a slow and low simmer for several minutes; add spiralized veg (I used zucchini) and cook a few minutes more. Plate and sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
