Balsamic Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 1 peeled orange, sections separated

* 1.5 cups water

• 1/4 cup balsamic condimenti*

• 1/4 cup wine vinegar

• 1 tbsp ground flax

• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

• 1 tsp granulated onion

• 1 tsp granulated garlic

Method

• Add everything to blender and process until smooth

• Taste and adjust spices

• For best flavor and consistency chill before serving

*Note: Or any naturally sweet, slightly reduced, smooth-bodied balsamic
