When I weigh/measure I do so not to restrict, but to be sure to get enough
Roasted mushrooms + steamed carrots
Daily 1-pound salad
Romaine, beets, carrots, jicama, tomato, balsamic-orange Vinaigrette
1 pound red-skinned potatoes
