Sesame Zoodles and Brown Rice Noodles

Per serving: 1 zucchini, 2 carrots, 1 portion rice noodles, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp chickpea tamari, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp granulated garlic, 1/4 tsp granulated onion, 1/8 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp roasted sesame oil, sesame seeds for garnish

Serve hot or cold
